Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using the GymChat mobile application (“App”) and any related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use GymChat. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate purpose, including but not limited to:

• Harassing, abusing, or harming another person;
• Posting or transmitting content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on the rights of others;
• Impersonating any person or entity;
• Using the Services for commercial solicitation or spam;
• Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Services.

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you post on GymChat. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

GymChat offers in-app purchases and subscription plans. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by GymChat and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GymChat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
